Marcel had to work arms length with me, and mostly coordinate the showings and sale through the property manager, especially as I was out of country during the actual time when it sold. I was extremely pleased with his finesse on the timing of the sale, and the resulting sale exceeded my expectations.

Marcel goes above and beyond to help stage and sell our house. He is certainly informative and assisted us with the purchase of our new house. His talented wife did an excellent job staging our house. I would highly recommended Marcel.
