Marcel is knowledgeable of the real estate market for my area. He listen to my concerns and tried to answer all the questions regarding listing my house. He advised what I should be doing to make my house more showable and attractive for a buyer and did a great job making it look beautiful. He is a motivated person and gave great advise.
