Marcel and his team did a wonderful job. They were professional and curtious. I especially liked the fact that his team came in to stage my house and help in making everything very presentable.

Makes the process seem effortless, extremely helpful in answering all questions, knowledgeable, does an amazing job at staging and photographs! He is honest and realistic. He works for the best interest of his clients. My condo was on the market for one day, had one viewing and sold full asking! Outstanding isn't a high enough rating for Marcel. He goes over and above your expectations. He knows the areas in Sudbury and all around Sudbury. He also knows how to read todays market.
