My husband and I would like to recommend Mr. Manjinder Singh to work with. We chose Manjinder to represent us to sell our home after meeting with other agents. We immediately recognized Manjinder's truthful/honest opinions and his extremely kind demeanor. Manjinder is easy to speak with and easy to get ahold of. Anytime we had a question Manjinder was quick to answer it. We can honestly say Manjinder is the King of L7A and he knows this area better than any other agent. We are so pleased we chose to work with Manjinder and thanks to Manjinder's negotiating skills we sold our home for OVER ASKING, The HIGHEST SOLD ON OUR STREET and with a RECORD PRICE. Manjinder was recommended to us by a friend. I think I can end my review right here, as that is who Manjinder is, he leaves you with such a positive, meaningful and respectful experience that people keep on wanting to recommend him forward. During a market as hot it is at this time, it was a pleasure to have someone who preaches patience and tells you his honest subjective and objective factual views. This helped us during our year long search for a home, he never allowed us to waver our confidence, and at the end we bought a house that was being sold by him. As a first time home buyer, it was comforting having a Real Estate agent who had all of these factors. I can say I will be dealing with Manjinder forever. Do not just take our word for it, have a conversation with Manjinder, he will impress you from the first conversation onwards.

Manjinder is a true professional. We have known many realtors in the past. Manjinder listened to our scenario patiently and gave us the right advice. In Oct 2020, while all other agents were pushing to sell our house asap, he suggested us to wait for try to sell in Feb 2020 or in spring as our new house wasn't closing till Oct 2021. This resulted in 210k profit for us. He was very calm to deal with negotiations. The cleaning and staging services offered were beyond our expectations. Again some other agents were cutting corners and wanted us to stage with our own furniture. His consistent efforts definitely helped us to list the house on Thursday evening and it was sold on Sunday night. Highly recommended if you are looking for great results.

The best thing to work with Manjinder is he provided perspective of the industry and recent trends in immaculate details and allowed us to make a call to list with him based on that. He has an excellent knowledge of the L7A area and always prepared to talk about recent listings in the area, the pros/cons that will affect the pricing of a property. In the initial meeting, he clearly outlined how the listing process would work, the responsibilities he takes on as well as the role played by us in the days prior to the listing. Throughout the time the listing was active, he was updating us on all activities and feedback as well as when offers started to come in. The price we got on the property was in-line with the expectations of ours. We highly rate the negotiation skills of Manjinder and how he navigated the offers on the home.
