He’s very courteous and professional in his dealings, extremely knowledgeable about the market and buyer expectations, and was always available to address any questions or concerns. He was very thoughtful in his advice on what was needed to get our house market-ready, and even advised against unnecessarily spending on items which would not result in any incremental value. He actively reached out to others who visited the house and shared their feedback with us. He also kept us apprised of real estate happenings within our neighbourhood. During the entire course of the sale process, Manjinder handled all aspects with integrity, understanding and thoughtfulness. Manjinder is very professional and has excellent communication and peoples skills. He first connected with me and understood my needs and assured me that he would take care of selling my house. I did not have to check with him on anything he followed up through the process. He is very committed throughout the process of selling my home and always available to clarify any questions.
