Had fantastic experience working with Manjinder. This is our second home that we sold through him. Once you have experienced a sale through Mr. Manjinder, it is really difficult to go with anyone else. Warning: he is quite addictive. Our first house was sold in 2017 and the current house is sold now, during covid time. Both the houses were sold way above asking and for the highest price on the street. Few of the addictive qualities of Manjinder are, thorough knowledge in the subject of real estate, in-depth knowledge of Mount Pleasant, his honesty (which we fell hard for), negotiation skills and his down-to-earth nature. His services are incomparable to any listing agents we know in this area (and trust me we know many very closely). As soon as you list the house with him he takes complete responsibility from cleaning the house to getting it ready for the market so you can focus on packing. Not to mention the complete staging service he provides. We find that he gives unbiased advises without considering his benefits. We also take advise from him for our new construction houses, when is a good time to sell etc etc. He is the only agent we trust to bring the highest price and he has never let our expectations fall.
