Had fantastic experience working with Manjinder. This is our second home that we sold through him. Once you have experienced a sale through Mr. Manjinder, it is really difficult to go with anyone else. Warning: he is quite addictive. Our first house was sold in 2017 and the current house is sold now, during covid time. Both the houses were sold way above asking and for the highest price on the street. Few of the addictive qualities of Manjinder are, thorough knowledge in the subject of real estate, in-depth knowledge of Mount Pleasant, his honesty (which we fell hard for), negotiation skills and his down-to-earth nature. His services are incomparable to any listing agents we know in this area (and trust me we know many very closely). As soon as you list the house with him he takes complete responsibility from cleaning the house to getting it ready for the market so you can focus on packing. Not to mention the complete staging service he provides. We find that he gives unbiased advises without considering his benefits. We also take advise from him for our new construction houses, when is a good time to sell etc etc. He is the only agent we trust to bring the highest price and he has never let our expectations fall.

Had a great experience working with MANJINDER! He sold our home during pandemic lockdown and in a great price. We listed on Friday and got a firm offer on Tuesday. This is my 2nd review and 2nd home that Manjinder has sold for us. My 1st experience with selling our home was beyond fantastic and I was under the impression that it can't get any better but I was completely wrong. Manjinder sold our 2nd 1 floor condo townhome for 67K OVER ASKING IN 1 DAY - not just that it is the HIGHEST sold in this entire neighborhood beating out the price of other bigger 2 storey condo townhomes that were 200-400 SQ ft bigger than our unit. Day 1 of it being listed on MLS we got over 20 appointments back to back we also received multiple offers on the same day - offers that were totally above what we expected and were ready to accept. Manjinder at this point advised us to wait until the next day showings were complete - of course we trusted him and boy were we right - the next day those offers increased even higher and we got firm offers with no conditions for the closing date we were looking for. The fact is Manjinder is a well seasoned realtor. There are 100's of realtors around Brampton - I'm sure most of you have received marketing ads at your front door for some of the "big realtors" of Brampton - but you know what you won't see many advertisements for - Manjinder - yes he may have a bus and a bus stand but you won't see hundreds of flyers littering the streets - because Manjinder is a simple man - his Sold sign is the Advertisement, his marketing tactic is word of mouth - and the only thing that sparks word of mouth is having satisfied clients. Many agents brag, force, push and live up to the "name" - but Manjinder is Professional, Punctual, Calm and Collective and he delivers above your expectations and he has the BEST methodology for selling your house. You can list your home with him within 48 hours - he has the best stagers, the best photographer and best of all he is always available and ALWAYS on time. He know what works, what brings in showings and how to deal with offers to get the maximum value. These are skills you can't just learn but you acquire over time through experience and hard work. The bottom line is if you are looking for a realtor to sell your home go for Manjinder: - He will pickup your call when you call him, he will remember your name forever and he will always be there on time and deliver on his promises - He knows not just the market but also other realtors in the area - he knows if you get an offer and the realtor has a bad history of pulling out of offers and will advise you of it. He makes sure that you as a client are protected and happy at all times. - He has the best stagers and photographers - they transformed my home into something I barely recognized - like it was from a Home Design show - He is very professional - does not force decisions on you - explains everything from start to finish and looks out for things you don't even think about even if you have sold your home multiple times in the past.

We bought our house for an investment when the price was on the roof, even though our loss was more than 15% we were ready to sale it. We were lucky that we choose Mr. Manjinder as our realtor to sale the house, instead of thinking about his business he thought about our loss and advised us to keep the house until we get our price and it worked very well. I will definitely recommend Mr. Manjinder and I can confidently trust him.
