Working with Manjinder has been an amazing experience overall. From first, selling our home to then helping us get into another home. When we planned to put our property in the market it was so stressful and confusing until we met Manjinder Singh. He made everything so clear that he will put your mind at ease. At first a family friend was going to represent us in selling our property but honestly even with all the explanation we felt uncomfortable and the unease of confusion. I'm not sure when but my wife saw a picture of his face at the back of a Brampton Transit Bus from a RE/MAX ad then I remembered that I had a copy of his flyer so with no hesitation we called Manjinder and he offered his service right away. He will put you in priority, we know because the first time we spoke to him that same day Manjinder came to our house to meet us in person. When he came we noticed he was wearing two masks on his face, he explained due to Covid-19 the safety of my family and me is his priority and with that we already felt great about him. Manjinder explained the process of putting our property in the market from beginning to the end. He answered all of our questions and in full details that we understand everything clearly. He promised us that he is going to guide us throughout the process and he kept his promise, he may not be in person everytime due to Covid but our communication is continues whether by text, phone call or other ways. He sent professional help for staging and cleaning to prepare our house for showing at no cost. In a matter of few days our property was in the market and after a couple of days our house was sold at over the asking price. Meeting Manjinder Singh and trusting him was the best decision we made. My family and I will always be grateful for what he did. Thank you so much Manjinder!
