Mandeep has been SO patient with us in helping us find our forever home and travelled to lengths with us to view potential properties. When we found "THE" home to buy Mandeep was quick to move, available to answer our questions, advise us, and did such an amazing job negotiating the best possible price + timeline that suited our timelines. Mandeep also worked with us on the sale of our townhome as part of this transaction and we were impressed with the marketing of our townhome. He provided honest and open feedback to help stage our home, had high quality marketing materials + photos, and in the end he was able to get us even more than we were hoping for. We would without a doubt work with Mandeep again, and definitely recommend him if you are new to the real estate game because he goes above and beyond to make sure you are well-informed throughout the buying and selling process and even post-sale / move-in as needed.
