It has been wonderful home buying experience with Mandeep. Not only he is a great realtor but he is really good person. He understood our requirements very well. He also told us the factors to look at while buying home like considering school ratings of the area, safety of the neighborhood. While visiting the home tours, we realized he possesses good amount of knowledge about homes like the material used, durability of the various things in homes like roof, plumbing, flooring etc. His knowledge was clearly more than the selling party’s realtor all the times. He was always willing to share his honest feedback as well on every property we reviewed. The best part about him was his patience in visiting all the places on weekends without pushing us anytime to buy any property. Since we were new to Canada, he helped in understanding the every aspect of buying like tax rules, mortgage, property maintenance, title review etc. The post buying experience has been at same involvement level.
