Mandeep was phenomenal as our realtor, and more importantly as a trusted advisor in our first home buying process. He was patient, kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and prepared in every interaction we had with him. We never felt pressured to make a choice/purchase, and Mandeep made it very clear that he was on our side, and we would not settle for anything that didn't meet our needs AND wants. His business acumen, and complete understanding of the current market, and real estate trends were pivotal in his ability to ensure that we were able to purchase the exact house we wanted, with a relatively tight budget, in the craziest housing market I have seen, while we were in the middle of a global pandemic. He was quick to reply to any questions we had and was always providing us with frequent updates to ensure we were always in the know. Even after our offer was accepted, till the day we received our keys Mandeep was checking in on us, making sure we were on track with change of address topics, insurance, financing, etc. Knowing this was our first time purchasing a house, Mandeep was always available to make sure we weren't overwhelmed by the process, and that we were educated on each step. Beyond just helping us buy a house, Mandeep was able to provide us with other contacts that could help us with renovating or installing any custom furniture that we wanted.
