<p><br /> My first time buying a condo was overwhelming, and I had to come across a few challenges. However, my realtor Lynn Doering was God sent into my life. She is a pure angel with angelic face and actions! During my search for a home for my mom, Lynn was all the way from beginning to the end assisting us in our journey. With so much knowledge and dedication, never mind patience she helped to overcome so many obstacles in our ways. My mom and I fell in love with her on our first trip to see some places. Lynn was never pushy or in a hurry. She was very understanding, and showed us many good houses matching our criteria. When we finally picked a condo, Lynn helped us fight to the end to get it all finalized. We never had to wait long for her to respond or get back to us, and always received a great advice on how should we proceed when things needed to get done (referring us to a good lawyer or who should we go with for an inspection). In every step of the way we felt cared for and we knew we could trust Lynn with our lives. There were never hidden things, and we knew all the cons and prons. Even afterwards, this beautiful person Lynn went an extra mile for us by helping with little things inside the house (invited a mechanic to look into the washer and a plumber, out of her own pocket). She never left us until we were satisfied with everything! Thank you dear Lynn for everything you've done for us, we can't thank you enough! We will always refer you to everyone we know. Lynn was absolutely fabulous with her.<br /> Kaila would call us after every showing Lynn took her on and kept telling us how great she was with her.<br /> Kaila never felt pressured and was very comfortable with her.<br /> For a young girl, my husband and myself could not have asked for anyone better to go along this journey with Kaila.<br /> You taught her a lot and we felt she was always in great hands.</p> <p>Thank you Lynn. Lynn is so awesome! We feel how lucky we are to find and chose her as our agent. She never got tired of showing us lots of properties and for that we are so grateful because we were given the chance to choose which one is really the best for us since it will be our dwelling for the rest of the years. She is so patient and waited for us to decide and whenever we are uncertain she asked us if we wanted to view more properties. She also shared her brilliant opinion/ ideas and helped us checked some minor problems in a certain property that we viewed and the advantages and disadvantages as well. She also recommended some people to help us for the house inspection, condo dox review which made our work easier and hassle free. Thank you so much Lynn for the wonderful thing you had done for us. If someday time will come we need somebody to help us about buying/selling a house surely we will choose you as our agent again.

Lynn is absolutely amazing. This was my first time purchasing a home, and I had originally started the process with another realtor who was not for me, so then I contacted Lynn. Right off the bat she was super helpful and really took the time to figure out exactly what I was looking for. My parents were going to co sign the mortgage but they were not in the city for any of this so it was important for me to feel comfortable going to look at houses, and ask an abundance of questions - She was great with this, and always made me feel comfortable and reassured. I wasn’t completely sure what I could and could not ask of a realtor, and didn’t really understand the process, so she reassured me multiple times that she wasn’t rushing me in my decisions and that we would find me the perfect house, even if it took months or years to do so. She was very knowledable about neighbourhoods and if she didn’t know something she would find me the answer I was looking for immediately. She was always attentive and quick to reply to my lengthy texts/emails. Above all else she was extremely personable, friendly, and bubbly which suited me perfectly - I loved her enthusiasm. I also loved that she told me the cons of houses as well as the pros, that helped me really get a sense of if a house was right for me. Once we decided to put an offer in on a house, she dealt with my parents over the phone, and they too were very happy with her and her intuition and initiative. All in all Lynn was a fabulous realtor, and I will definitely use her again.
