Lynn was phenomenal in every way, I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family. Her communication was amazing; we always knew what was going on, even if Lynn was waiting on communication from others, she still checked in to make sure we knew what was going on. This was our first time selling a home, and we were also purchasing for the first time outside of a new build. Lynn was so patient in explaining everything to us without making us feel dumb and also giving us many options to choose from. She respected our opinions and decisions and really made us feel comfortable making these huge decisions. She truly got to know our family and was able to work around our schedules (with twin toddlers), know what we were looking for, and be able to advocate for our wants/needs in our negotiations. She was always incredibly professional and made us feel safe in un-safe times (COVID) with our home being on the market. She had professional photos and videos done to add to the profile of our home and made sure to act fast on possible opportunities for us. Lynn consistently was up-to-date on her information she provided us and was honest if she was unfamiliar with a community, quickly researching and pulling comparables for us. Lynn was an incredible advocate for us, trying to make everything as stress-free and smooth as possible. She created weekly reports and continually supported us in the process. I would highly recommend Lynn for her pleasant, driven, professional, accommodating, and thoughtful take on realestate.

Very attentive to my needs and I always knew what was going on and she was so helpful when I didn’t understand some things about selling and buying a house as I was in my old house for 17 years. On the buying side we looked at so many properties until I found the perfect one. Very happy in my new place. Lynn also is very well connected to lawyers and brokers that were also outstanding. I really trusted her and so glad she took such good care of my son and I.</p>

Lynn was outstanding in all aspects, from the listing and sale of my old home through to the purchase of my new home. Lynn provided sound advice and excellent referrals. The home stager was excellent, as were the options for brokers and lawyers. Lynn went out of her way to answer questions, provide feedback and support me in decision making. Lynn was an active participant in showing my home to perspective buyers and contacting relevant agents for feedback. I was able to view numerous perspective homes prior to my purchase. Lynn was very knowledgeable, supportive and accommodating regarding COVID-19 specific requirements, including providing access to masks, gloves and hand sanitizer as needed. I fully trusted Lynn to provide advice, good options and no-pressure, informed, professional interactions. I would strongly recommend Lynn, be it to sell or purchase a home.

Lynn was amazing. From the suggestion of a Stager, thru to the final negotiations of the sale, she was a real pleasure to work with. Even thru the Covid-19 issues she was knowledgeable and respectful to all our concerns. She also helped us find our forever home, and we are delighted to have had her as our realtor. I would highly recommend her for either side of Real Estate (sale or purchase).

Lynn was excellent, I changed my mind about what I wanted at least 4 times since I was very undecided. She helped me through all the different phases always provided the pros and cons. Explained every part of the transaction and the process Throughout. She was always available and I was able to reach her at any time. Very punctual and very professional it was great working with her and would definitely recommend her.

I just bought my first condo and am glad that I get to meet Lynn Doering. She’s very nice, honest and caring about her client like my self. She knows exactly what I want, for the first time buying a home, safe or not safe to live. I look forward to have Lynn again for my second home next time.
