I just bought my first condo and am glad that I get to meet Lynn Doering. She’s very nice, honest and caring about her client like my self. She knows exactly what I want, for the first time buying a home, safe or not safe to live. I look forward to have Lynn again for my second home next time. Lynn was absolutely amazing to work with. Purchasing our first home was a breeze with Lynn, and in the end we ended up with exactly what we wanted, and paid a very fair price in the deal. She was great communicating with us, and very flexible when scheduling viewings. She was very Professional and thorough when viewing homes, always pointing out assets and potential concerns, which helped educate us through the process. She gave us endless tips, tricks, and recommendations, recognizing we were new to the home buying process. Above all Lynn was very patient with us as we searched for our perfect home. She encouraged us to be patient and not settled for less than we wanted. We highly recommend Lynn to our friends and anyone else with any real estate needs.

Lynn was absolutely fabulous in so many different ways. 1. She made herself available to us both in person and by phone, and always worked with our schedules since both my partner and I have very busy lives. She was always open to seeing us on weekends, on weekday nights, etc. 2. She negotiated on our behalf, to try to work with what we could put on the table. 3. She did not rush us into making decisions. She made us feel comfortable with keeping things our pace 4. She was very patient through the inspection / with helping us with mortgage / with offering us a warranty program for home appliances. 5. Considering how overwhelming buying a home could be, for the most part we felt that we could sit back and let her direct us. The communication was spot on, and Lynn was also super professional. We would totally recommend her as a real estate agent, and would love to work with her again in the future.

First of all Lynn is a very compassionate person. Vary warm and welcoming personality. Very patient and knowledgeable . This was our first experience of buying a property in canada and we had no idea at all . She helped us through all the procedure step by step with patience, even with things that wasn't her responsibility ,she helped us to find exactly what we where looking for and we are truly grateful for that.

My wife and I wanted to help our daughter purchase her first property while attending school in Calgary. We do not live in Calgary so all the pressure was on our daughter to make proper decisions. Our daughter had no experience in real estate. Lynn was awesome with her and helped her through the whole purchase process while keeping us fully informed back home.
