Lorene is a very experienced realtor , having worked and lived in my city , she knew a lot about the whole area and the markets . She was quick to get my home on the market and very good at explaining the processes ,the time lines etc . She was consistently available by text or phone etc. She was remarkably calm and gave me good information through the days from my calling her to list my home to the very end when I moved . My home was listed for less than a week when I had a offer that ended in being the buyer . When my home was inspected and a couple of issues came forward , Lorene guided me in making decisions on how best to deal with the issues that had arised . As a result the sale went through as hoped and my total time from contacting Lorene until I moved was 2 months and a few days . I really would recommend Lorene - she knows her business, she works hard for her clients and has good communication skills. Her confidence in working as a realtor is excellent.
