I have bought two homes with Lorene in the past 3 years and have been very pleased with both homes. Lorene was an excellent source of information and available for consultation and multiple showings on both purchases. Lorene helped me buy a condo, she was knowledgeable and professional in guiding me through this process, I felt she had my best interest in mind throughout the entire process.

Lorene did an outstanding job selling my mom’s home. She had it listed and found the right buyer in record time, and for a great price! At all times she was professional, efficient, bright, and personable. She even went out of her way to have repairs enabled on a sewer access that would have stalled the sale. My mom was in her 70s then, and was somewhat reluctant to let go of her decades old family home, despite knowing it was absolutely necessary. Given her strong emotional attachment, my mom did not make it easy on Lorene and could have been far more respectful to the very person who was helping her make a quick sale. Throughout it all, Lorene was exceedingly patient and respectful of my mom’s concerns and wishes. I can not thank her enough for her understanding! Lorene was also gracious enough to lend us her trailer to move out my mother’s things. I mean...who does that these days?! I would not hesitate to request her services again, and can not recommend her more highly!

Lorene was very proactive in finding the right property for us. She made herself available to answer any questions for us. Despite our inexperience with purchasing property in Canada she made the process easy to navigate. She was very prompt with all the paper work we had to sign. Lorene new the area well.
