Ok I'm going to get real. After the end of my 30 year marriage, we divided up our family home. I made a sound decision to invest my half into my four adult children. I wanted to help them start on building a new home for their future, which in turn, is mine as well. Investing in them, teaching them about loans, interest rates, contracts and everything that comes with the responsibilities of being a good neighbor and managing finances. It was trickiest with my youngest of twenty one and her fiancé. They were both struggling to make ends meet and paying someone else's mortgage. I needed an agent, who would understand the importance of my decision as well as accommodate the kids budget. This was not an easy task. Lorene Macgregor dug deep and found a lovely mobile home in a family only park on the west side. She addressed all my concerns and helped me through the contracts and strata's of the park. The kids are thrilled, the neighbour's are lovely and I know my kids are safe and working hard paying off their mortgage. It was the best thing I could do for my children and I am so thankful to have a strong, intelligent woman like Lorene as my agent. I hope this honesty helps another woman or family, invest in real-estate for their children, which is the best retirement plan, in my opinion. Call Lorene 😊
