The very professional presentations of comparables both sold and listed at our 2nd meeting. The continued updates on recent sales, the holding of many 'open houses' and the immediate feedback of comments by Realtors as well as potential purchasers. The ongoing advice on making our home better presented and the excellent negotiations on the final sale. We strongly recommend Lily to anyone considering selling their home.</p>

<p>Lily is the best! She always had our best interests in mind. She was practical and kept us grounded in reality. Lily got us a great price on the house that we sold and helped us negotiate a great price on our new house. She was always available to answer any questions we had and always pointed out the good and the bad at the houses we looked at. She was fantastic with our kids, always picking out their potential new room in each house. Our daughter wants to move again just so that she can look at houses with Lily!<br /> I would recommend Lily to anyone looking for a real estate agent.</p>

<p>I have worked with many real estate agents over the past 40 years. Lily is THE BEST. She is honest, knowledgeable, punctual, patient, and an excellent negotiator. She is not interested in simply a sale but in her clients' complete satisfaction. She goes above and beyond.</p>

She also made sure we were happy with our purchase and she said she wouldn't sell us a home unless we were 100% sure that, that was the one we wanted. She said she had lots of time and we need not be in a hurry to buy. She wasn't pushy at all and we loved that. She had lots of patience.</p>

<p><br /> Lily was recommended to us by our neighbor Glenn when we wanted to sell our house in Calgary. She came over to our house and we went through the entire home selling procedures with which we were unfamiliar. She recommended putting our home for sale as soon as possible and gave some valuable information on getting our home cleaned and sale ready. We were also going on a holiday in a week so were able to get our home ready for sale and have Lily look after the sale. She also showed us similar sales in the area. I was ready to give her as much information on my house as I could but as a surprise to me she already had more information on our home than I did. As we were on holidays there were many open houses and inquiries about the house. We were kept informed through emails and phone calls on the progress. The house did not sell as quickly as we all expected but eventually the right buyer came along. The closing and dealing with the buyers realtor was all handled in a very professional and courteous manner. We have also become good friends with Lily and Wilson and value their commitment and after sale contact.</p>
