The saying goes that you can’t argue with results. My house had been on the market, with a different agent, for around 9 months before I decided to switch it over to Lily. She sold it in 10 days, with only a marginal price drop. I suspect that her success is related to her love of real-estate. Lily truly loves her job. It came across in every interaction I had with her. Consequently, she is amazing at it! She is as methodical as she is tenacious; however, what I appreciated most was her honesty. She sensed when my beliefs were misguided and would take the time to explain things from her perspective. In this way, I learned about real-estate; and more importantly, to trust her. By the time it came down to negotiations I defaulted to whatever she thought was best. This was a smart decision on my part because she got me a better deal than I thought possible. I highly-highly recommend her.

Lily has a really good mix of charm and aggressiveness and it works well for her and her clients. She knows when there is an opportunity and won't let it go. I truly believe I would not have sold my place if it wasn't for Lily.

My agent's property knowledge and experience are excellent! She is true professional with excellent communication and negotiating skills. Furthermore, we had an offer within 48 hours upon listing and my property was sold including listing, in 72 hours. My agent not only met, but exceeded our expectation in closing the deal.

Lily did an outstanding job helping us put our house on the market and selling it. She went out of her way to make sure our open houses were well attended. Despite the housing market situation, we got just a little less then asking price. I would not hesitate to use her again.
