A few years ago, I phoned Les Twarog because I saw his "For Sale" sign posted at a property I wished to inquire about. I remember him being helpful and forthcoming with such a kind voice. I made a mental note that day to contact him when I was ready to sell my own place. When the time to sell reared it's ugly head (at the worst possible time when interest rates were soaring), I phoned Les and have not, for one single moment, regretted the decision to do so. He is remarkably patient, understanding, candid, and knowledgeable about the Vancouver market. But, most importantly, he is realistic in his expectations and kept me grounded. His communication skills are impressive; whenever I had inquiries or doubts, I never waited longer than a few minutes for his response. I must say, I'm probably not the easiest client in the world and I can't think of anyone who could have dealt with/treated me better. I admire Les' tireless work ethic and his ability to remain positive even when I challenged him by doubting myself and the entire selling process. Les was unrelenting; he kept saying, "Your condo will sell, just give it a bit more time". He eventually succeeding in getting me to believe it. And he was right! I have dealt with Les Twarog for over 30 years and purchased three properties through his service over that period. He has an amazing best in BC property search site, and his support team is very experienced to help complete any transaction from start to moving in services. He is my first and only go to Realtor that I will work with. His experience and knowledge in the industry is unmatched.

Les was simply amazing, guiding us through each step of the process despite our not being able to physically enter Canada due to border closure. He helped us price our apartment aggressively yet appropriately; it sold in less than two days, for $1K above asking price. He then willingly went through every drawer and closet in the apartment for us, showing us via videoconference their contents and noting which items we wanted sent to us. We received the package of items within a few days. Les also took the contents of our wine cellar to a wine storage facility (as one cannot ship wine out of Canada), for us to retrieve in the future. He oversaw the emptying and disposition of the contents of the apartment and its subsequent cleaning. Throughout the entire process, Les was professional, competent, and fastidious, and remained responsive to every question we posed. It was a pleasure to work with him, especially given the pandemic-related constraints.
