Les helped us to price our condo to sell with a fair price for both parties. Everyone was happy with the outcome. We found it to be so easy to deal with the staff at Re/Max Crest Realty. August Byers is an amazing assistant to Les and always available and helpful to us when Les was occupied with other clients. Also, the reliability and professionalism of agent Thai Do was certainly an asset in the selling process. He was always there to greet potential buyers and to present our property to best advantage.

This is the third Vancouver Condo transaction I've done with Les over a 30 year period. He is still the same hard working, intelligent, innovative, enthusiastic and professional person he was back in the mid 90's. A few years ago, I phoned Les Twarog because I saw his "For Sale" sign posted at a property I wished to inquire about. I remember him being helpful and forthcoming with such a kind voice. I made a mental note that day to contact him when I was ready to sell my own place. When the time to sell reared it's ugly head (at the worst possible time when interest rates were soaring), I phoned Les and have not, for one single moment, regretted the decision to do so. He is remarkably patient, understanding, candid, and knowledgeable about the Vancouver market. But, most importantly, he is realistic in his expectations and kept me grounded. His communication skills are impressive; whenever I had inquiries or doubts, I never waited longer than a few minutes for his response. I must say, I'm probably not the easiest client in the world and I can't think of anyone who could have dealt with/treated me better. I admire Les' tireless work ethic and his ability to remain positive even when I challenged him by doubting myself and the entire selling process. Les was unrelenting; he kept saying, "Your condo will sell, just give it a bit more time". He eventually succeeding in getting me to believe it. And he was right!
