<p>We had used Les's website for a few years as we looked to buy a property in Vancouver, from our home in Arizona; it had always seemed very complete, accurate, and friendly. We had a previous commitment with an agent for the purchase, so did not contract with Les for that transaction. However, when we got to the point of considering to resell, we immediately went to Les's website again. Les set an appointment, and showed up promptly, and then gave a very professional presentation of his sales methodologies, as we discussed the features of our condo.</p> <p>I have been in real estate for many years in AZ, and have never seen as complete a set of documentations on any properties that I have owned or sold. He presented a package of information on the condo and its comparables that would have been suitable for properties well above the value of ours.</p> <p>We have not decided whether or not to sell at the present time, but when we are ready, we will definitely contract with Les.</p>

<p>Hello, I would very highly recommend Les Twarog as "the" real estate agent to use. He has been 100% dedicated to our project of selling six condos in downtown Vancouver. When we contacted Les about selling the condos it was a few weeks after Vancouver had adopted the 15% rule for out of country buyers. The selling market has almost come to a stand still because of this rule. We contacted Mr. Les Twarog the beginning of September with the goal of selling the condos by the end of the year. It is now the end of October and our goals have been achieved.<br /> Les knowledge, energy, dedication, and 24/7 approach is what has made our goals achievable.
