Les was simply amazing, guiding us through each step of the process despite our not being able to physically enter Canada due to border closure. He helped us price our apartment aggressively yet appropriately; it sold in less than two days, for $1K above asking price. He then willingly went through every drawer and closet in the apartment for us, showing us via videoconference their contents and noting which items we wanted sent to us. We received the package of items within a few days. Les also took the contents of our wine cellar to a wine storage facility (as one cannot ship wine out of Canada), for us to retrieve in the future. He oversaw the emptying and disposition of the contents of the apartment and its subsequent cleaning. Throughout the entire process, Les was professional, competent, and fastidious, and remained responsive to every question we posed. It was a pleasure to work with him, especially given the pandemic-related constraints.
