Kristyn went above and beyond for us. Her knowledge in the housing market is outstanding and she makes you feel super comfortable through out the process. She does not make you feel pressured into buying any home if something does not work for you or your budget, she will work her hardest to find something else that works. She does her research to make sure your purchasing a property that is a smart investment and not a bad one. We valued her honesty. She truly wants you to be satisfied with the purchase of your home. I would definitely recommend Kristyn to all my friends and family.

At our first meeting, she helped clarify a lot of information for us as first time buyers. She was very flexible to accommodate our busy schedules and always responded promptly to our messages. The homes she sent matched our wishlist and were always in budget. When viewing homes, Kristyn was knowledgeable and observant – pointing out features of the homes that we should be aware of. She also gave enough space for my partner and I to discuss the homes in private, which I appreciated. She had excellent recommendations for additional services, such as home inspections and water sampling. When closing the deal, Kristyn communicated very effectively with us; she made sure we were always aware of the progress and the next steps in the process.
