Kristyn is the best in our eyes. She went above an d beyond our expectations! Our house was sold in a couple of weeks and it's all thanks to her! She even helped us with a minor plumbing problem and brought in her awesome husband to solve some issues with the plumbing company. She's dedicated, honest, funny and good salt as we say back home. She's a gem and will always will be there for you..no nonsense. She is looking after your best interest. Your awesome Kristyn in every sense of the word! Can't get no better than you. For all you sellers out there...trust me when I say....she is the best!

Kristyn was super prompt and friendly. She went above and beyond for us and made us feel like she had all the time in the world for us. As first time buyers, we had a lot of questions and she helped us with them all. I definitely recommend her as a realtor.

Took time to make sure staging was right and the house looked as good as it could for selling. The online marketing and professional measurements, pictures and virtual tour really set her services apart.

We considered both building and buying a home and she patiently took to a variety of builders and a variety or homes for sale and helped us weigh the pros and cons for our situation. Kristyn was always professional and courteous however she is capable of being assertive and advocating for you as a buyer (and I'm sure if your her seller) when necessary. Most importantly, in my opinion, Kristyn was true to her word and followed through on her commitments. I would use her again in a heartbeat. Although, the house she found us suits us so well, I don't think we will need that for quite some time so I will continue to recommend her.</p>
