Kristyn was very insightful and intuitive in the process of deciphering what we were looking for in a home and more importantly in a community setting with the are being very important. Her priority was our schedule and was very knowledgeable in relaying information that help narrow which part of the city would be best choice. Every home viewing she was prepared with a breakdown of the homes history with any pertinent updates that were done. Her compatibles were most helpful in deciding if the home was on par to the recent ones sold. Most important skill is her expertise in negotiations communicating for a win/win deal for all parties involved. Her vast knowledge impressed me to feel the confidence in the choice we made. Kristyn went above and beyond for us. Her knowledge in the housing market is outstanding and she makes you feel super comfortable through out the process. She does not make you feel pressured into buying any home if something does not work for you or your budget, she will work her hardest to find something else that works. She does her research to make sure your purchasing a property that is a smart investment and not a bad one. We valued her honesty. She truly wants you to be satisfied with the purchase of your home.
