Very dismissive agent. Work with someone else who is not a dismissive person. If realtors were all this sassy we would be in trouble.

Krista comes from a “real estate family” and it shows in her dedication to her craft. My family recommended Krista to me after they had used her for multiple purchases and sales of homes in Calgary. I could not have been happier that I followed their suggestion. Krista helped facilitate my move from Ontario to Calgary (as many Ontarians are doing at this time) and found me the perfect home. It wasn’t easy, as I had quite a checklist on a minimal budget, but Krista helped me along the entire way and, with her vast expertise, narrowed the search of the booming real estate market of YYC. She even went to viewings while I was still living in Ontario and would take videos of places that piqued my interest. I have never met someone so dedicated to her clients and have since recommended her to friends and family and especially to anyone moving from out of province. Krista’s breadth of knowledge of real estate and its various facets as well as her diligence in prioritizing clients made my big move an exciting and enjoyable experience. I cannot thank you enough, Krista!

This will be a two part review- we each have something to say about our experience working with Krista - I will start. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Krista. Not only does she have an impeccable attitude, knowledge of the industry, properties, and what would be best for our particular needs ... she LISTENS!! In doing this she has helped us navigate our way through selling a property that did not meet our needs, and then on a quick turn around buying a property that is perfect for us. Krista is absolutely incredible in all aspects possible. What I really appreciate about Krista is her honesty and knowledge. She never makes you feel like you're not being listened to, she guides you through the whole process and explains everything, and any questions we asked, she had the knowledge and experience to answer. Krista is also very accommodating when it comes to meetings and being available. She is able to provide referrals for all steps along the buying and selling process. She truly wants what is best for you when buying (and selling) a home, and works hard to make it happen. Krista is also great at giving decor tips! I have used Krista for the purchase of a townhouse in 2013, for the selling of the townhouse in 2018, and now the purchase of our home in 2020 and in all three experiences, Krista has been a complete joy to work with and I couldn't imagine going through this process with anyone else as our real estate agent.

We are looking to sell our home, and it has been quite some time since we've purchased or sold. Naturally we were apprehensive about the process. Krista was excellent. She took her time bringing us up to date, and the presentation package was very well put together. Statistics comparables, and the proposal. No question was stupid or off the table. When she left, there was a audible sound of relief.
