This will be a two part review- we each have something to say about our experience working with Krista - I will start. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Krista. Not only does she have an impeccable attitude, knowledge of the industry, properties, and what would be best for our particular needs ... she LISTENS!! In doing this she has helped us navigate our way through selling a property that did not meet our needs, and then on a quick turn around buying a property that is perfect for us. I would highly recommend Krista to anyone looking for a place to call home. - Maura Reeve I also enjoyed working with Krista, she kept the agenda moving, without being pushy so that we were consulted on every move. She also laid out a timetable going forward of things still to do. Krista suggested properties we might look at without pushing any property, so we felt listened to and enjoyed the feedback. Krista is absolutely incredible in all aspects possible. What I really appreciate about Krista is her honesty and knowledge. She never makes you feel like you're not being listened to, she guides you through the whole process and explains everything, and any questions we asked, she had the knowledge and experience to answer. Krista is also very accommodating when it comes to meetings and being available. She is able to provide referrals for all steps along the buying and selling process. She truly wants what is best for you when buying (and selling) a home, and works hard to make it happen. Krista is also great at giving decor tips! I have used Krista for the purchase of a townhouse in 2013, for the selling of the townhouse in 2018, and now the purchase of our home in 2020 and in all three experiences, Krista has been a complete joy to work with and I couldn't imagine going through this process with anyone else as our real estate agent.

We are looking to sell our home, and it has been quite some time since we've purchased or sold. Naturally we were apprehensive about the process. Krista was excellent. She took her time bringing us up to date, and the presentation package was very well put together. Statistics comparables, and the proposal. No question was stupid or off the table. When she left, there was a audible sound of relief.

Krista was extremely organized, provided tons of information and support, beyond what we expected from a realtor. Professional, efficient, honest, straight forward. I was on a time crunch and amid all the covid 19 chaos she got the job done. She is AMAZING! This is the second time I have benefitted from her help and I will recommend her to anyone.

Krista was amazing to work with and I would highly recommend her! This was our first home purchase and we were quite picky with what we wanted. Throughout the whole process Krista was there for us and showed us how extremely knowledgable she is about Calgary’s neighbourhoods. She was great at evaluating the market values of homes and breaking everything down for us as well as sharing her insights for any properties we viewed. Krista was beyond patient with us, walking us through everything and helping to get the best deal possible for what we wanted without ever pressuring us. Can’t thank her enough for landing us our dream home!
