We have used Krista for several purchase transactions and a successful sale to date. We have always found her to be super knowledgeable, personable, professional and very accommodating in showing us many homes before we landed on the right one for us. In addition, our most recent purchase, she found the property and let us know that it may be a good fit - it was such a good fit we put together a purchase agreement on our first viewing and were so glad she notified us of the property. It has indeed been an excellent revenue property for us. Krista has a great sense of the market trends in the city and is knowledgeable about different neighborhoods. She will put in a lot of effort to provide pricing analysis of comparable properties, very helpful for pricing and purchasing.

Flew in from out of province with 7 days to secure a home. Supplied with broad spectrum relevant searches prior to arrival to hone in on what I was looking for in a house, neighborhood and commute. On the ground I set a quick pace looking at ~30 houses/day. Krista understood and was able to point out my personal deal-breaker problems quickly, minimizing wasted time. Pointed out problems I missed or was unfamiliar with. Offered and explained solutions to these and other pitfalls with reasonable cost estimates, factoring these into negotiated price. Provided good advice on third party vendors (lawyer, inspector etc). Overall very happy with service and purchase and have no complaints. Have recommended to family and will recommend to others.

Krista was extremely helpful through the entire process. She took the time to explain things to me in a language that I could understand and was most patient when I had questions. She was able to take what most people would consider to be a stressful time (especially as I was a first-time buyer) and turn it into a rewarding experience. Totally awesome Realtor and person. Very helpful and understanding. When our first offer fell thru our Realtor Krista said try not to be upset the right house will come along and it did.
