This is the second purchase transaction I have used Krista as our real estate agent. Krista is EXCELLENT. She is extremely knowledgeable about the Kelowna area and the real estate market. Krista will assist with every aspect of the transaction and is always willing to help. Krista is reliable, punctual and hard working. She will work until you find the right place for you.

We have known Krista for over 5 years when we purchased our first revenue property in Kelowna. Since then Krista helped us purchase a second revenue property and recently sell one of our properties. We always come back to Krista because she is incredibly knowledgeable and we know we can trust her advise. Krista has gone above and beyond to support us over the years. We know we can call her at any time and she she will do whatever she can to assist us. We needed help with one of our Strata meetings, but we live in Winnipeg and could not attend. We asked Krista to be our proxy and attend on our behalf which she willingly did for us. Just an example of how helpful Krista is! We are hoping to purchase our dream condo in the next couple of years and we know Krista will provide us with the best possible service. We can't say enough kind words about how we feel and respect the hard work and dedication Krista provides.

Great attention to details, and an exceptional sense of timing ( when to put a property on the market is of great importance) She has her hand on the market pulse, offering extremely valuable information and support for either new sellers or buyers. I have met Krista 5 years ago when I was buying my property, her professionalism, honesty and positive attitude left a great impression. When I decided to sell my property which she helped my buy, I had one person/ realtor in mind, that person was Krista. My property sold above market price, and I contribute that to Krista , her skills in staging my property, along with her approach to the market and exposing my property to all segments of potential buyers, due to all the above and many reasons that will require more than 10000 characters to explain, my property was barely on the market, and sold extremely fast with above market price. I have been looking for a property since Jan 2020 with little success.because of my schedule I was here sporadically and had worked with realtors who were very busy - luckily I was referred to Krista and she made every effort to show me all that was available.
