Our daughter was going to UBCO and we quickly discovered finding a place to rent was not going to be easy, so we thought we would explore the condo market looking for an investment property. I googled realtors and was connected with Krista Marble. She met with my daughter and I to get a feel for what we were both after and then set about lining up places for us to see. However, we quickly discovered being from out of town was hard in the HOT Kelowna market and Krista resorted to face timing and videoing us condos we maybe interested in as they hit the market. When it came time to putting in an offer she guided us through the process with confidence and gave us suggestions in what we should offer in the crazy market that we were dealing with. I think she was as excited when we got our condo as we were...as it had multiple offers on it and we followed her recommendations and got it.
