We connected with Krista in 2016 and since I was unable to view potential homes in person, Krista made sure that I was included in all other aspects, including FaceTime showings! She was patient and took my husband to view many properties until we found the perfect home for our family. There were a few hiccups on our end (high maintenance buyers! lol) and she handled everything like a pro until she was able to finalize the purchase for us. I sincerely believe we wouldn’t have received the kindness and patience from any other realtor. She truly is a gem. Professional with a touch of humour to ease the stress of a big move. She continues to be one of the kindest humans we have met since moving here.

Krista did an outstanding job helping us find our first home in Kelowna. Krista took the time to teach us all about the real estate market, what to look for and what to be cautious of. Krista is very honest and gained our trust quickly - if she ever felt a home wasn't right for us, she would let us know. Once we found our home, Krista worked closely with us to help put together an attractive offer since it was a multiple offer scenario. With Krista's guidance, we were the successful buyers on our first offer and couldn't be happier. Krista was wonderful to work with. In 2021 I was working full time, mom of two little girls, and pregnant with baby #3 on the way. I was exhausted and overwhelmed during the process of moving our family from the Lower Mainland to the Okanagan. Krista was so organized and had mapped out many showings to give us a good scope of what was available. Krista took us to a property that already had an accepted offer, but she wanted to take us so she knew if this was the type of home we were wanting. The property, house, view, location, was perfect. She suggested that we put in a back up offer because "you never know". It turns out that the original accepted offer fell through. THANK YOU Krista for taking the chance, and landing us our "box checker" dream property. We are so lucky that we worked with you and found where we are meant to be as a family of 5!
