Kirsten is the best! She's very knowledgeable and together with her operations manager Hillary, they helped us find a place to call home. When we first contacted Kirsten, she visited us to understand our need and made a great impression. Kirsten and Hillary are very courteous and friendly; they provided excellent advice on homes we showed interest in and helped steer us towards homes that fit our family needs too. It was easy to stay connected and they always availed themselves to viewing homes. Thank you so much ladies for your patience and understanding and overall, your help in finding this beautiful home!

I had heard many times how fantastic Kirsten is as a realtor. Then I got to meet her. She surpassed what others had told me. Here is what we experienced - Kirsten is passionate for her clients, ethical in her dealings, listens to what we wanted and our dreams, has a wonderful personality, gives back to the community, is exceptionally well connected, and not afraid to point out things we did not see. Kirsten was recommended by a friend to manage selling a unique property, and under challenging circumstances. She pulled out all the stops and even after 3 months on the market, got us multiple offers. I was so happy with the result and her expertise, I engaged her when buying my new property. She steered me away from probably 20 properties I expressed interest in. Finding me the right property was more important to her than just making a sale, even if it took months and months longer. That’s the sign of a trusted realtor. When I finally found the right one, I was in a bidding war with 10 other offers. Despite three of those offers being well above mine, her negotiating skills won me the house anyway. I was so happy with her expertise I’ve since used her to both sell and buy again. She did her best to keep stress to a minimum, she’s honest about the properties you look at, she has possible solutions to problems before she calls you and she always has time for you.
