My experience working with Kirsten involves much more than requesting her service to help me sell my home. When I reached out to her about selling, she was prompt with setting up a meeting, and before the meeting delivered a welcome care package to my doorstep with some cool swag and other items. I just thought, what a pro. She makes it look effortless but you can tell how hard she works to give her clients the very best top notch advice. She was very honest and advised me to look at my situation from all aspects, which is truly caring, as she’s not just trying to sell my home, but trying to help me figure out if this is the best decision for me and my family. I would not hesitate to recommend Kirsten and her team at Marten Homes. You won’t find a better realtor!

We have had the absolute pleasure of working with Kirsten and her amazing team several times. We bought in 2016 when the market was nuts and we had been dropped by another realtor (without knowing we had been dropped). She stepped in, and stepped up. Even though she had to split her commission with this other realtor, we would have never known. Her service was impeccable, and she worked hard to help us into our 1st home. Shortly after, we had a complicated sale with my Mother in law's property, and she helped us sail through that. And most recently she helped us move back in to Langford and sell our Sooke house. Everything was smooth and she handled it all with the style and grace her team brings to the table. I will NEVER use anyone else. I tell anyone I know that is looking to get into the market or make a change about her. She is adaptable and easy going and her team is THE BEST!!! 5 stars is not enough! An update in 2024, she has now helped 2 family members who used other realtors and left a mess. She got them all the information they needed to advocate for themselves properly, and she got NOTHING from it. She is a good person, a great friend and THE BEST realtor you could have on your side!

Kirsten and her team were fantastic to deal with during the whole sale process. She's incredibly knowledgeable about the local real estate market, her communication skills are exactly what you want in a realtor (prompt responses, late night negotiations, explained every single one of the numerous questions I had... I could go on!) and to top it off she's very personable. She walked me through every hurdle and ultimately got the house sold. I'm looking forward to going through the buying process with her next!
