We have had the absolute pleasure of working with Kirsten and her amazing team several times. We bought in 2016 when the market was nuts and we had been dropped by another realtor (without knowing we had been dropped). She stepped in, and stepped up. Even though she had to split her commission with this other realtor, we would have never known. Her service was impeccable, and she worked hard to help us into our 1st home. Shortly after, we had a complicated sale with my Mother in law's property, and she helped us sail through that. And most recently she helped us move back in to Langford and sell our Sooke house. Everything was smooth and she handled it all with the style and grace her team brings to the table. I will NEVER use anyone else. I tell anyone I know that is looking to get into the market or make a change about her. She is adaptable and easy going and her team is THE BEST!!! 5 stars is not enough!

I first worked with Kirsten about 5 years ago on behalf of family and was so impressed that I have been referring her to family and friends ever since. This spring I unexpectedly fell in love with my dream home and Kirsten had us booked for a viewing within hours. Despite this super competitive market and multiple offers, she expertly guided us through and made that dream a reality! On top of that, she visited our home to give us selling advice, helped us stage and had a photographer and videographer there the very next day! Kirsten had the confidence to list our home for a very ambitious price and somehow still managed to have it sold in a week for $46,000 over asking! She is an absolute superstar. She has endless industry knowledge, fantastic advice and holds her honor and integrity above all. Kirsten truly goes that extra mile every step of the way and she gets it DONE all while being fun, hilarious and an overall good human! Thank you SO much, Kirsten! You are THE BEST!
