Kirsten Marten did it again! We just received the greatest gift of all time our newly built dream house! This won't happen without the amazing skills of our realtor Kirsten Marten. The buying happened during the lowest point of housing inventory with the smallest window of opportunity. Yet, Kirsten delivered! She sold our property in 5 days and helped us buy our dream house in a wonderful community. With our limited knowledge, she guided us to choose our house upgrades which in the end gave us the best value of our money! There was a lot of circumstances happened during the build process but Kirsten's constant communicating and negotiating skills with the builder helped us close our property before our guaranteed interest rate expired! It was nerve wrecking with the rates rising but if you are with Kirsten, you will surely feel that your realtor is prioritizing your interest first. She is always there to support and always have brilliant solutions. She sees the whole picture and communicates well with her remarkable team to get the job done correctly and efficiently.
