Kim came at the recommendation of our previous real estate agent of 30 years that retired. Not only did she fill the shoes and become our new real estate agent, she also became a great friend! She gives us advice… she sold our seasonal property within a couple of weeks… and has answered and catered to all my crazy requests! I would highly recommend her based on personality, knowledge, experience and professionalism!

Kim helped our family sell my mom’s house...she was very thorough and knowledgeable of the neighborhood. Kept us informed daily on prospective buyers..she was amazing … selling it in a very short time and getting what we asked for. Kim is awesome as a real estate agent and anyone planning on buying or selling should definitely use her services.

She was wonderful and very easy to work with considering we couldn't look at houses ourselves and had my parents look for us. She was quick to act and made sure we found something that worked for us.

From my initial meeting with Kim to discuss the possibility of listing my mom’s house to the day of close, she was professional to the core. She brought to the table a wealth of knowledge about the ever-changing real estate market and expertise for staging from her interior design background. She utilized a professional photographer and went over and above, bringing in her own accessories and furniture for staging which helped the house in showing very well. The lines of communication were always open with Kim. She kept me informed and up to date about showings and responded quickly to my queries, day or night. Kim always stated that her role was to advise, and that she did. Throughout the entire process I always felt like I was in the driver’s seat. She was never pushy or forced her opinions on me. If I were to ever need a realtor again, Kim would be the first person I would call!

Kim was great! She was there when we wanted to sell our old house and purchase our new one. This woman came through in a crises and worked her butt off and made us feel valued. 100% recommend her services for your purchasing or selling needs.
