Kim was a phenomenal, competent, and trustworthy real estate agent - we cannot recommend her enough! She did a lot of research on the neighbourhoods we were interested in and was very knowledgeable about the market in general. Kim has an awesome personality and is a particularly good communicator; she carefully answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable at every stage in the process. We also loved that Kim was not a "sales person" and always prioritized our interests. If you are looking for a great real estate agent, go with Kim!

We looked at a lot of houses with Kim and she was very knowledgeable about every single one, and every time we wanted a viewing she would make time for us. She also expertly sold our house and helped us find the next home that was perfect for our family. We cannot reccomend her enough!

Kim is a professional and outstanding in her profession. My general experience with real estate agents has been generally poor. What sets Kim apart is her integrity, hard work and client centric approach. Combined with a strong interpersonal skills and thoughtful manner, Kim is a person that I would recommend to other persons both purchasing and selling a home.

Kim was extremely helpful...she guided us through the process from beginning to end and still kept in touch with us after the process was complete to be sure we were settled in. We can't say enough good things about Kim... she was amazing and we have recommended her to all of our friends and family ...
