Kim is very thoughtful and diligent in helping her clients find the right fit. She was more than willing to help us purchase a home remotely, doing virtual walk throughs and giving us the neighbourhood information we needed to make the right decision. She is very hard working and we always felt very taken care of!

Kim is a rockstar! She was incredibly responsive, and very knowledgeable. We trusted her enough to buy a house we had only seen virtually. I cannot recommend Kim enough.

Kim was absolutely amazing to deal with! My wife and I moved back to the Soo and were looking for somebody that was going to accommodate our crazy schedule between trips back and visits. We met with Kim and knew she was going to be the realtor to help us. Kim was understanding of our situation and willing to help us out anyway she could including virtual tours, phone chats etc. Kim has an amazing sense of the city which was awesome especially in this crazy market. Her outgoing personality, honesty, intelligence and infectious smile really made working with her a wonderful experience. Kim has an awesome connection within the real estate market as well which helped us out tremendously as well choosing a home inspector and lawyer. If you are looking to purchase a home in Sault Ste. Marie, I (we) highly recommend Kim Porco. Right from our first meeting, I felt comfortable with her. I outlined our expectations and she worked tirelessly through Zoom calls for open houses while we were transitioning Toronto to the Soo. Once we moved to the Soo, she took us to open houses (as we had no car) and she was always presented the pros and cons of each property that would impact us; as this was to be our retirement home. I should also point out that often times you are in a bidding war for your home purchase, but Kim always tried working within our budget which we very much appreciated. And yes, we did get into a bidding war, and we are happy we did. We are enjoying our new home despite still unpacking boxes almost 2 months later.

Kim was the absolute best ! She provided the best service. She listen to want we wanted never rushed us and made us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend her , she has great insight about the area and very knowledgeable about the market! We couldn't have asked for a better relator!
