The best experience! I first started working with Ken in 2021 when I was ready to purchase my first house. Ken sent me many places that fit the criteria I was looking for and we even made an offer on a place that we sadly lost on due to a higher bid. Fast forward a couple months later and I ended up buying a brand new house. Now it's 2023, time to sell my house and Ken was so knowledgeable about the market, what to list the house at and he was able to answer all of my questions. Ken worked so hard to get everything listed in time, prepare all the documents needed and give me advice! My house was listed and sold within 50 hours of being posted. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I've known Ken for years now and I have had such a great experience twice now from buying and selling. Don't go anywhere else!!! Use Ken!!!
