Working with Ken was a great experience. Ken walked us through the entire process which made it easy as it was our first time. He was quick, efficient, and very professional. He went out of his way and beyond. He was always on time, prepared, honest and looked out for my best interests. Communication was always quick and detailed. Ken has been the most attentive agent we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only did he get us the price we wanted for our condo he also negotiated a great deal on the new one. Ken helped us sell our house in November this year. We sold for $20,000 more than I expected and it was only on the market for a few hours before he had offers rolling in.
