Ken is an amazing agent. He took the time to find out our needs for a new home and of course our budget. He then found several options for us, both under, at, and slightly above our budget. He has good contacts with builders, so he knows quality choices. He has a pleasant and engaging personality. He is punctual, responsive, and anticipates problems that may occur. Ken has been the most attentive agent we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only did he get us the price we wanted for our condo he also negotiated a great deal on the new one. Ken helped us sell our house in November this year. We sold for $20,000 more than I expected and it was only on the market for a few hours before he had offers rolling in. We sold in under 48 hours and Ken made the entire process easy and seamless. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend Ken and his team!
