Amazing experience from beginning to end. Ken and Linda were patient with our search and were constantly helpful even though we were very picky. They stayed in constant communication with us and helped us understand the market by spending a lot of time with us on the phone and at open houses. Even after we closed, they were there to ensure everything went smoothly and as expected. Not to mention they did a flawless job on our sale as well, which we had to get done under time pressure. Negotiations were handled with calm efficiency based on their years of experience, resulting in a sales price that was the highest the neighbourhood had seen in a number of years for my type of house.
