Ken and Linda are knowledgeable and a great team. They hosted open houses themselves (not using an inexperienced assistant). Our property was priced right to get a lot of interest and sell reasonably quickly. We are very happy to recommend them to friends who are buying or selling.

<p>As a first time home buyer, I was lucky to have a friend highly recommend to me Ken and Linda Johnston. From the time I decided I wanted to buy a condo and contacted the Johnstons, to the time I found exactly what I wanted, it took only two weeks. I was impressed by the timeliness of their responses, how quickly they had listings in the target areas I was interested in and how efficiently and quickly we checked them out. They went above and beyond to make everything easy and stress free for me and had so much excellent advice to impart. I was especially grateful that they came with me on the walkthrough of my completed condo and with their expertise, pointed out the various deficiences that needed to be remedied. They were extremely pleasant and personable and have a great sense of humor. I couldn't have done this without them and am so grateful for their assistance and guidance in finding my first home for me.</p>

<p>I found both Ken and Linda very well prepared and knowledgeable about the area. Primarily dealt with Ken after the house was listed. Ken was so helpful and professional doing things to help ready the house for the open. Even after I had accepted the offer Ken assisted me to do things around the house. They even suggested a moving company that I would highly recommend in fact have done on their behalf to the BBB. No hesitation in recommending these agents and I would not hesitate to contact them on my own behalf should the circumstances arise.</p>
