With expert knowledge of properties that have recently sold as well as market trends, they guided me in ensuring my house was priced properly. Being frequently in contact, they provided helpful advice in getting the house ready to go on the market. At each showing, they were on hand to answer potential buyer's questions with authority and show the house in its best light. There were three competing offers within five days! Negotiations were handled with calm efficiency based on their years of experience, resulting in a sales price that was the highest the neighbourhood had seen in a number of years for my type of house. I was thrilled with Ken and Linda acting as my agents and I highly recommend them to others.
