Kelly was an incredible agent to work with! She helped my wife and I find the perfect location and was able to recommend a great mortgage broker and lawyer. In the future my wife and I will only use Kelly as an agent! She was super sweet and kind with us, but when it came to discussing the price with our builders she became a total badass 10/10 would recommend!

Prior to moving to Calgary I visited for a week and reached out to Kelly and asked her to show me some houses in areas she would recommend for me. She willing agreed despite the fact I at that point had no solid plans for when I would buy. Fast forward a month and I called Kelly from a weekend in Boston and asked her to make an offer on one of the houses she had shown me. Kelly expertly guided me through the negotiations, from another country and before I returned to Canada I owned a house. The next challenge was I still had to move across the countr6 and take possession in 3 weeks. I could not have done it without Kelly facilitating the lawyer, inspection, etc. The date of possession came and a flight delay meant I was going to get back to town late. Kelly again went above and beyond and got the keys for me, so that I could sleep in my new home that night. I could not have asked for a better real estate agent than Kelly. She is amazing!

Kelly was great from start to finish! We were buying our first property so we had very little knowledge and she guided us the whole way! Whether it is your first home or your 10th Kelly has the experience and knowledge to help you find exactly what your looking for inside your budget! I definitely recommend her!!

Kelly was unbelievably helpful throughout the buying process. We were first time home buyers and she was so informative about the entire process, making it easy for us to understand and get everything done that we needed to. She was knowledgeable about the neighbourhoods we were exploring and did thorough research regarding pricing and property values. Communication was great and she was very quick to inform us or reply to our questions. We loved working with Kelly and would absolutely hire her again in the future.
