<p>Kelly was my realtor for the purchase of my first home. She did a great job finding properties that met or exceeded my expectations and still stayed within my budget. She always found time to meet with me and came prepared with lots of background info about the properties and neighbourhoods in which I viewed.</p> <p>Highly recommend Kelly!</p>

<p>i would say that you were great in helping my wife and I purchase a new home. You met with us on numerous occasions to discuss the process of buying a home, from viewings to the transaction, and gave us step by step detail on how the process of buying a home is done, which was informative and very helpful. You made us feel comfortable and you were very knowledgeable of the locations and set up all the viewings we requested in a timely manner and fit our schedule. You were quick in getting documentation together for our purchase when we wanted to put an offer in and followed up with us on each step of the process to ensure if we had questions, they were answered and to ensure that we did not forget any details regarding the transaction.</p> <p>You provided us great service in your subcontracts as well. The home inspector was knowledgeable and thorough and the lawyer you recommended was helpful and able to meet Eva's and my busy schedule. All in all it was a great experience working with you on this purchase. She made me feel like I was her only client–responding quickly to my many many questions and inquiries over the several weeks working together to find my perfect home. Every time we met to see a house, I was so giddy and excited… her energy made the whole experience so much fun!! She is extremely knowledgeable, but more important than that is her passion for real estate. You can tell she loves what she does, and cares immensely about finding you the perfect home, no matter how long it takes. She is very dedicated to her career. Kelly takes the time to get to know you on a more personal level, too. She’s extremely personable and kind-hearted. <p>We both were truly lucky to have Kelly guide us through both the selling and buying process. She got us top dollar in a tight market, and found/negotiated a great price for us on our new house. She gave us excellent recommendations and was willing to help us any way she could. The best part we liked about working with Kelly was that she always had time to respond, (most times instantly) to any (all) of our questions, big or small. Even when we went out of country for holidays during the process, she made it easy to communicate.<br /> Highly recommend Kelly to anyone going through the process the first time.</p>
