I would not hesitate to recommend Kelly for the purchase or sale of a new home. Her communication and availability for any questions we had was above and beyond. She did all of her research to find the best listing price for our old home to sell in less than 24 hours after listing and researched our area comparable to negotiate the best price for our new home and knew when to stand our ground in the negotiation process. Her skills and guidance will help a new or seasoned buyer. You will not be disappointed in the advertising and photographers she uses. As well as we were extremely pleased with the home inspector and lawyers she recommended that were both priced very reasonably in comparison to other recommendations from friends. I would highly recommend Kelly!

We used Kelly's services for both selling our old home and buying a new one.
