Kelly assisted in the purchase of a commercial building which will be used as the new location for my dental specialty clinic. During the aftermath of the covid pandemic, I had been hearing that we were in a seller's market, so I contacted Kelly, and she advised that yes, it was, and it would be a good time to try our house on the market. We took her advice and listed it, and within three weeks, we had an accepted offer, and for a price we were thrilled with, that did prove that our timing was perfect, and we were able to take advantage of the lack of competition on the market, and realize a higher price for our home, than the market had dictated recently. Kelly was very professional, and we worked together as a team to get our home sold quickly, and with minimal stress.
