She takes the time to talk to you to determine your needs and then actually searches to find it. We received personal emails from Kelly to see if this was “the one”. She always made herself available to do virtual showings. Once we found our home Kelly brought her expertise of negotiating techniques and got us our house. Kelly took the time to explain the process and how buying a house differs between Ontario and New Brunswick. She was extremely helpful in getting us through the conditional period and answered all questions and concerns. Kelly provided excellent information and referrals to make our move easier.
