Kelly is so knowledgeable about the area we were interested in, and so knowledgeable about the real estate market in general. Kelly is very personable and took a keen interest in our family in helping to make things happen for us. We started looking for properties from out of province and Kelly guided us virtually through showings for us, together with our family members on site, when we weren’t able to be there. She worked with us through challenging negotiations and was always very supportive. Kelly was also available almost immediately whenever we needed her. She provided us with information and links to the changes we would need to make when buying our home, for example, the roles of lawyers and insurance agents, changes in utilities and taxes and NB rules and regs in general, as well as links to neighbourhood resources and recreations. We can’t recommend Kelly highly enough to help sell or find your home.

Selling a house is straightforward but parts can get complicated. When those times arrive that’s when you need a professional and experienced agent. A great agent leads to success for the seller and the buyer. Kelly DeCourcey is a professional and experienced agent, top class. We also like to call her a friend. No one will look after you or care for you better than Kelly.

Kelly was patient - I knew I wanted to sell, but wasn't sure exactly when. She visited me a couple of times, at my request, to keep in touch - she'd been highly recommended to me by a friend who she had (and still does) worked with. When it looked good to sell, she was on top of things immediately, set up a schedule of visits and within 5 days the house was sold. We had set up a late closing, but when a place became available earlier than expected she was instrumental in negotiating a change, and made excellent suggestions regarding a suitable moving company and also the cleaners. As I was not there for the final closing, she looked after everything with the procedures at that time. And imagine my surprise when an NB box arrived shortly after I had moved to Ontario! Kelly went way above what she needed to do; always encouraging and so understanding - I hadn't moved for over 30 years so wasn't very educated on what had to be done. She is, in my opinion, a STAR. She was available to chat whenever we needed her and showed us every house we were interested in without any hesitation.
