He offered realistic, on-point advice for real estate questions I had and he kept me apprised of everything that was happening throughout the process of selling my home. When a problem came up with getting information to the buyer in order to keep the process progressing, Keith was on it and had the problem resolved very quickly. He was always punctual with appointments. Keith’s video presentation of my home was professional and fully described the attributes of my home, both visually and verbally. His background team of Audrey and Maria, at Home Team Ottawa, was excellent and had the marketing presentations ready to go within a few days. They stayed on top of things throughout the process. Keith was very professional, punctual and available. Before starting our research for a house, he gave us a lot of advises and in formations about the market, the area and all that we needed to make a better choice.
