Since we bought our first home (after Keith patiently showed us 27 earlier ones!) we have recommended Keith to anyone looking for a honest, knowledgeable, hard working and kind real estate agent. Keith took a couple who had just moved to Ottawa and knew only the location of a new job, and educated us about the city, neighbourhoods, amenities, public transport and so much more. He took such good care of us and the one weekend he was away (for professional development) he left us in the very capable hands of his team member. Keith took the time to find out what we wanted, researched neighbourhoods and offered excellent options. We were especially impressed with Keith's knowledge of the neighbourhoods. Many agents are knowledgable about home features, but Keith was able to provide additional value with his knowledge of the neighbourhoods, including access to services, socioeconomic characteristics, crime and safety factors and a sense of where we'd feel comfortable.
