I have been using Keith for the last five years for investment properties and even recommended him to my mother-in-law. Keith has put in a lot of work for me over the last five years and I would recommend him to any one looking to buy their own home or investment properties.

Keith took the time to find out what we wanted, researched neighbourhoods and offered excellent options. We were especially impressed with Keith's knowledge of the neighbourhoods. Many agents are knowledgable about home features, but Keith was able to provide additional value with his knowledge of the neighbourhoods, including access to services, socioeconomic characteristics, crime and safety factors and a sense of where we'd feel comfortable.

Keith and his team were excellent in all facets of the sale. We had tenants in our income property at the time of the sale and Keith handled all the appointments including photography, inspections and open houses with the tenants directly.
